CHRIS MAIER
NATIONAL PRESIDENT & FOUNDER, CCC
Chris is the Founder of the CCC (Contractors, Closers & Connections), which launched its first chapter in Atlanta in 2019. Since then, Chris has played a pivotal role in expanding the CCC nationwide, helping establish over a dozen chapters across the United States, including founding roles in the Atlanta, New York City, and Nashville chapters.
He specializes in assembling Executive Leadership Teams primarily composed of professionals in real estate development, investment, and finance, fostering a consistent and distinguished brand identity throughout the organization. In Atlanta alone, Chris manages a network of over 10,000 active commercial real estate professionals who regularly attend his curated private events.
Chris’s professional background spans acquisitions, development, construction, and facilities management. He previously served as Director of Acquisitions at The Montalto Group, held a Director-level role at Cooper & Company General Contractors, and gained operational leadership experience as a Department Manager at Lone Rover Construction. His early involvement working on behalf of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association) sparked his vision for CCC by providing firsthand insight into the operations of a successful real estate association.
In addition to leadership and community building, Chris has worked as a consultant on brokerage and development transactions across multifamily, industrial, office, and retail asset classes. He is also an active investor, participating as a Limited Partner in technology investments and commercial real estate projects.
Beyond commercial real estate, Chris and his wife operate Stargazer Hideaway Rentals, a short-term residential vacation rental business. He is also a Partner with FREED (Freedom through Real Estate Education for Doctors) and RARE (Real Athletes in Real Estate).
Chris currently serves as a Founding Board Member for NAIOS (National Association of Industrial Outdoor Storage). He has previously served on the boards of several nonprofit and professional organizations, including Mentor Me North Forsyth, Hands Across Atlanta, and LAI (Lambda Alpha International) Land Economics Society.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the University of the Rockies. A fitness enthusiast and a proud supporter of U.S. veterans, Chris is deeply committed to empowering others through CCC—helping professionals build meaningful relationships, grow in their careers, and enhance their overall quality of life.
DAVE SEYMOUR
CEO, FREEDOM VENTURE INVESTMENTS
Dave Seymour, a retired firefighter, became a top real estate investor during the last market crash. He is an expert in commercial multi-family and Ground Up Development transactions. Dave starred in A&E’s “Flipping Boston” and has been featured on CBS, ABC, CNBC, and FOX News.
He helps both new and large investment groups through complex deals at Freedom Venture Investments. Legacy Alliance is his education outlet showing busy professionals how to master investing for cash flow and equity.
SEAN CARPENTER
MANAGING DIRECTOR, SHAMROCK DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES
Sean Carpenter currently serves as Managing Director at Shamrock Development Associates.
Shamrock is a Consulting, Asset Management, and Development advisory firm working with clients throughout the United States. Clients include not-for-profit agencies, for-profit developers and an existing company portfolio. The company also provides non-profit clients with annual appeal support, grant application and business planning, construction management, project management and development oversight. Shamrock serves as an advisor to a number of companies that need assistance with finance operations of real estate transactions.
Sean Carpenter joined Conifer Realty in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Development. In this role, Sean leads Conifer’s Development Team to achieve profitable implementation of all multi-state affordable low-income housing developments in both our existing northeastern states and expansion into new states in New England. He and his team are responsible for creating and executing affordable housing development, principally financed low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), and workforce housing/mixed-income opportunities.
Prior to Conifer, Sean served as the Director of Development at Standard Communities – an affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing company based out of Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that position, Sean was the Senior Development Manager at Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, INC. after finishing his tenure as the Managing Director at Shamrock Development Associates.
With over 24 years of experience in development, entitlements, finance, and policy, Sean’s career in real estate began as an Acquisitions Officer for a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit syndicator. He then went on to serve as an Asset Manager at Mass Housing, where he was responsible for a portfolio of federally subsidized properties. He also worked as a Project Manager with a national development company focusing on preserving expiring affordable housing. In addition, he managed a development consulting firm assisting developers with comprehensive permitting, applications, and financing of affordable housing communities nationally.
Sean holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University. Currently, Sean serves on the board for the UMass Dartmouth Alumni Association, the Grand Summit Home Owners Association in Newry, ME, and the St. Chrysostom Parish Vestry/Warden.
JESSE WITKOWSKI

Jesse Witkowski is the Founder & CEO of Deal Flow Xchange (DFX), a private capital platform transforming how founders, investors, and lenders connect around deals.
With a background in operations and capital markets, Jesse is building a global ecosystem that makes capital raising faster, more transparent, and more efficient.
He previously helped scale startups and investment platforms, and now leads DFX’s mission to modernize private market access through technology and community.

Jon graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
Jon has motivation, love and passion for buildings.
Jon acquired his first multifamily in 2013 in the Quincy, MA market. He has expanded his portfolio to own multiple properties in multiple states contracting with Property Managers to care for the properties.
Jon is an active member in multiple REI educating platforms including the Grant Cardone Platinum Mastermind, The Warrior Group Real Estate Mastermind and the Bigger Pockets Pro community.
Jon started building high rises with a National General Contractor and now looks to build a rental portfolio owning commercial multifamily, mixed use and multitenant industrial assets.
